STARS Managing Director of Programs and Impact

The Managing Director of Programs & Impact will support implementation of key initiatives and programs across the STARS Computing Corps Alliance. The Managing Director collaborates with the STARS team and its partner organizations to plan, organize, and execute programs and collaborates with STARS Evaluation & Research Team to support research, data collection, project evaluation, and reporting. As a result, the STARS Managing Director also contributes to the knowledge base of research and data on best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion in computing in higher education and K12. STARS Associate Director of Operations and Communications

The STARS Associate Director of Communications and Operations will implement communications strategy and support program operation within the STARS Computing Corps alliance. Specifically, the Associate Director will support content development and production of quarterly newsletters, social media, and website updates (with support from consultants). Working in concert with the STARS Research and Evaluation Teams, the STARS Associate Director of Communications and Operations will also lead efforts to lead monthly STARS Alliance Community of Practice Webinars, the STARS Celebration student and faculty leadership conference, and the RESPECT research conference. The Associate Director will schedule and facilitate meetings for the STARS Alliance Leadership team, Alliance members, and stakeholders and will lead efforts to coordinate both internal and external communications.
